It means you might have a birthmark. Have it highlighted in a tattoo shop. The Sacred Mary Mother of God Cheese Sandwich sold for $28,000! Your hide should be worth more if the tattoo is tastefully done, and does not obscure the mark of the Beast . You might also want to consider a career in wrestling..

That's darn interesting!. But then again, I have a birthmark of a 6 pointed star on my forearm. I'm pretty sure this doesn't make me evil. Just tell your friend not to worry. Maybe.

It means you have a birth mark that looks like the number 666. Have your friend take a picture, I'd like to see the birth mark...maybe you can submit yourself to Ripleys Believe It or Not :)

since you and your friend (and obviously the person with the birthmark) know, that person is not the antichrist, don't worry. the antichrist will come out of nowhere, and many will believe him to be the 2nd coming of the Messiah, or the first if you are Jewish.

It is the mark of the wild beast that says in Revelation some would receive, it's the mark of the Devil. I doubt if it means anything now since the anti christ has not shown himself and we are not into the great tribulation yet. so don't worry.
