It could be many different things!
Answer

It's a sensory peripheral neuropathy.

Spinal cord injury - herniated disc, bulging disc, etc.
Diabetic neuropathy
Vitamin B-12 deficiency anemia (pernicious anemia)

I'd see a doctor (neurologist) if the problem persists.

Could be a protruded disc pushing on ther nerve. Get checked as soon as possible. Meanwhile, for relief, lay on the floor with your legs (from the knees down) up on the seat of a chair, knees bent, back flat. Ice packs alternated with heat, about 20 minutes each. Please see a doctor to make sure it's not something serious.

IT MAY BE MUSCLE PROBLEMS MAYBE TAKE IN MORE POTASSUIM--BANANAS OR VITAMINS.
