This man keeps touching in places that would normally be deemed unappropriate if I didn't like it. He stares at me constantly and pays extensive attention towards me. But most of his flirting is all in his body language. He's also married. I was told by some people that this is just a cultural thing with latin men. Should I just write his behavior off as being cultural or should I not let this be an excuse.

That is NOT cultural behavior
kisses on cheeks to greet people is cultural, not grabing places.
Maybe flirting too, but not touching, so tell the guy to stay the hell away, specially if he is married, I am Latin, so I know what I am talking about.
It is not normal.

Well, I don't think you should stereotype Latin men based on their flirting factor. So, you shouldn't let that become an excuse. After all, he's married. Good Luck!

Okay, I'm Latin and no that's not cultural behavior. If he's touching you in inappropriate places then it means just that. It's inappropriate. If he just kisses your cheek that is cultural. All latins usually do that. Good luck and watch out.

I would steer clear since he's married. However don't let anyone touch you in inappropriate places. Men that do that have no respect for men. I date Puerto Rican guys and none of them ever touched me like that unless we were together and I wanted that.

You are right. This behavior is cultural. But it is his culture, not yours. In your culture, I'm guessing you know this is inappropriate and so does he. He's married. Tell him to back off.

NUMBER ONE DONT LET IT BE AN EXCUSE. IT IS A CULTURAL THING. BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE A STOPPING POINT AT SOME PLACE. EXSPECIALLY IF HES ALREADY TAKEN THAT TAKES U INTO RISKY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HIS WIFE
