My puppy at first had a ful bite in schutzhund. Now she barely pulls or bites at the object. Is it a possibility she is not doing so well because of that she is teething?

SCHUTZHUND, FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW, TEACHES A DOG TO BITE A CERTAIN OBJECT NOT A PERSON!!!!!!!!

You shouldn't be doing ANY bite work with a puppy! Puppyhood is for socialization and obedience training and control work - NOT biting! A young dog can either be intimidated and ruined OR might like biting so much that she becomes a danger to everyone she comes into contact with.

You can develop pray-drive with burlap . It's possible that teething may bother her, but more than likely you are giving her too many bites. It's like toy with kid, pups get tired of them if you let them have it all-the -time. NOT A GOOD THING
You make her follow the burlap and let her miss the bite many times. Burlap is a pray to her so you have to be move it like it's live. You have to read her and give her bite when you think she is very excited. Don't wait until she get tired of following. When she get bite, you never take away the pray with force. Use other object to take focus from her. When she let go the burlap to check that other object, you steal the burlap from her. Then you start all over again. You can do this few times no more than five minutes. You stop when she wants it real bad. Next time when she sees the burlap, she will be ready .
if you are member of Schutzhund club, your training Director should help you.
Good luck

Yes...that's completely possible. I would go easy on her until she finishes teething.
Most people on this forum have no idea what shutzhund is and tend to be kind of judgmental.
I have a year old rescued GSD that I'm thinking about training for shutzhund, but I'm not completely sure if her temperament is solid enough.
Don't worry about it; just keep doing exercises that build her confidence, and when she is finished teething, her bite should improve.
Have you looked into joining any local shutzhund clubs? They can be a great help, esp. when you progress to the stage that you need a helper with a bite sleeve. They can help with training, and they can sometimes loan you equipment.
Hope this helps!

have her teeth checked first and make sure they are not loose or anything that will cause pain. You never know.
