i just got direct tv and found out that in ordet digitally record i have to pay monthly Is there is other way?

If the point is not having to pay to record...

You could try rigging your PC to record programs off your DirecTV receiver onto your hard drive. Or go the old fashioned route and record to your VCR (still pretty effective for me).

Or bite the bullet and enjoy the ability to record up to two programs while simultaneously watching a third.

I think they charge like 5 extra bucks for that service
