Peanut Butter Molasses Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsulfured molasses
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup white sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter and 1/2 cup white sugar until smooth. Stir in the honey, molasses, egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the molasses mixture until well blended. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. Press a criss cross into the top with a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg whites and egg one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Then stir in the quick oats, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

not sure, but if you take 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, mix well, drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes, you have the easiest, and best tasting peanut butter cookies you could ever want and they arent dry and crumbly like ones made with flour.

Well, you can make cinnamon rolls with peanut butter for a change, or you can create your own recipe, try mixing peanut butter with cinnamon, taste it, add sugar if needed. You can also make a cheese cake with a little more ingredients.
