OK this is my philosophy......

I believe that allowing the illegals who work hard, have no felonies, want to assimilate and pay the fines for coming illegally should be allowed to stay...Sort of like assimilation and Americanization.

Those who have been here for years, and work to support their families, without any govt assistance, should be allowed to stay.....HOW can you send those people back? that would be horrible, especially since there children already live here and are assimilating into the culture....

I hope I have stated my argument and you find it reasonable....ITS ABOUT COMPROMISE.....We seemed to have lost that in this argument....

You should get some of your facts straight.
The nations major immigration station was Ellis Island.
Immigrants had to go through Ellis Island from 1892- 1943.
many were sent back for any little thing.
Social security is going bankrupt from all the drain in social services by illegals. Legal citizens born after 1950 can no longer depend on Social Security, even though they have paid into for years.
People can take lower wages if they don't have to pay taxes, health care, school taxes, Federal taxes, or state tax. Which by the way isn't paid when you are paid, as we say, under the table.
Like the illegals in my state working construction for $15.00 an hour, with nothing in taxes taken out.
Latinos have the highest rate of high school drop out. Even though it costs US citizens to try to educate them.

I think immigrations into the US should be easier than they are. People move where the money is. INCLUDING OUR CURENT ADMINISRATION! This nation was stolen from its natives in the name of "freedom" and we owe the rest of the world the oportunity to come be a part of the wallmart hell we have created here. I have worked for 6 bucks an hour also and Im pretty sure that my life was still more cush than that of someone who had to sneak over here to avoid living in a cardboard box. Young women are being murdered in Juarez, and children are drinking water with s h i t in it! We sit around and toot our horns about being so "generous" and praise ourselves for the "humanitarian cause" we have taken on in the middle east, and ignore those who have come to take part in life here. I speak directly to the issues of Mexico and immigration NOT because i think all illegal persons here are mexican, but because this issue has been used as a sounding board to a great many people who have racist ideas about latino people. Hey people, lets get real about the way we should be treating our brothers and sisters!

they do not help the economy, they are a drain on it. and they steal jobs from Americans at a lower wage creating a permanent lower class where there is no hope of getting out. government dependency follows for the Americans and most of the illegals are sending there money to their home country, so it is not recirculating in our economy

They shouldnt be allowed to move in at will. There are so many undesirables here already and we dont want more. So there has to be guidelines to protect the citizens currently in this country. Moving at will would be nice but would be a secuirity risk Im sure most americians would not tolerate.

i dont think all the people from other contries should all come here but this is the land of oppurtuity, and i think people have a right to live better than they do look at the mexicans those poor people live like animals in mexico, and they come over here and they work thier butts off here alot of the jobs they do the americans wont do . and the mexicans get treated like crap by the people they work for here they are given little money and old trailors with holes in the floor to live in and work 14 hours a day and if thier kids get sick they can get fired and deported back to mex cause they miss a day at work so ya i say let them come and if thats living better than they were living then let them here its no hair off by behind. i think they do alot of good at least were i live.
