STOP THINKING ABOUT NONSENSE, LIKE THE SIZE OF YOU PENIS...GET YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRIORITIES TOGETHER. YES, I READ THAT QUES. IN YOU BIO. SPEAK WITH A TRUSTED FAMILY MEMBER AND SPEAK WITH YOUR FAMILY DOC.

These suggestions may require a lot of willpower especially at the beginning, but if you really want to change, you can do it.

You might be involved in a lot things right now. I suggest that you keep a journal of the thoughts that come into your mind. It takes time to write down each thought, and that will train your brain to focus.

Also, please check your diet, minimize your sugar intake (softdrink, chocolate, candy).

Please avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, taking unprescriped medication.

If you are dabbling into prohibited substances (no offense, thus the word "if"), please stop it.

Please get more strenous exercise to use up all the energy that you have. Ever heard of the phrase: too tired to think?, perhaps more exercise will help you relax your mind.

Please let your family and friends know about this, so that they can remind you in case you forget something.

I wish you well.

Your profile indicates you keep asking this question, which is a symptom of your condition (I think). Please try the diet suggestion I mentioned, as well as the one of the other answerer, above. Stay away from sugar, processed foods with sugar, and high natural sugar foods for 2 weeks.

Ask your cpn about this on Friday, too. I am sure he/she will agree that diet may play a part in your condition.

Try sitting in a quite, calm place, with no music, or low classical or celtic music on....close your eyes, and let it all go.

Or find a good yoga/meditation tape or recording and listen to it...relaxing will help.....

It's not easy, but it can be done. I use a technique that took lots of practice. I pictured a big boulder in the middle of my mind, and wiped the thoughts as they corssed one by one, with a cloth...made it all untangle. But it took practice.
