I would recommend Ice Wine. It's very rich and sweet. Typically this kind of wine is served at the end of a meal, usually as a 'dessert' type wine, like the way varieties of schnapps are served after dinner throughout Europe.

With icewines you can get a lot of different types of fruity and sweet flavours, like apricot, honey, pear, butterscotch.. the list goes on. One thing about icewines is that, in general, they're a little pricy. The bottles are much smaller (1 bottle usually fills only two glasses max,) however you will be able to find some lower-priced icewines at your local liquor / wine store. The reason why they're a little pricier is because of the yield of the grapes when they're harvested. At temperatures around -7 to -9 degrees C they're harvested when they're frozen solid to the vines in the winter.. but I think they have to be on the vine at that temperature for at least 5 days before they're ready. After they're harvested they're processed and aged accordingly.

Icewine from Canada is probably the sweetest, non-fortified wine. The European Icewines are not as sweet because they make it in a different style. However, you could try a Port as well which is a fortified wine that is very sweet.

After dinner, dessert wines are sweetest. They usually come in smaller bottles. Try some Ports, too.

Gallo White Merlot. Very fruity and not bitter, but must be drank soon after opening the bottle. It gets bitter after a while ( like a week).

Ruinite Lambrusco. Red, sweet, tastes not too far off of Grape Juice. By far my FAVORITE wine.
