I would suggest going to the site listed below. Although this probably will not contain the information that you are looking for. I would also suggest that you contact a metallurgist with the material supplier. They may be interested in helping so solve your problem. A metalurgist may be able to locate you a TTT diagram and you can determine the annealing point on this chart.

Another resource may be a heat treater. They may have this information but they may not be willing to provide you with the answer.

Yet another resource may be the Copper Development Association. They promote the use of copper and may be able to help answer this question.
