Don't have a deep fryer so pan method please!

Make sure you clean the chicken pcs. For 3lbs. ,I use


1 and 1 half cup all purpose flour
2TBS. ganulated garlic
1TBS. sea salt
1TBS ground black pepper
1tea Cayenne pepper
mix in a food storage bag. Put cleaned pcs. in bag. fill deep pot about half full and heat oil until smoky but not burning. Place chicken, in batches, in pot and fry until golden. About 10mins.

This is the way I do it and don't have any complaints. Always use Crisco shortening. Put enough in the pan to cover the chicken. Also add a couple of Tablespoons of butter. Dip your chicken pieces in a milk and egg bath. Then put in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Your grease needs to be very hot, but not burning. Fry to a crispy golden brown.

Fried Chicken Wings

You will need 2 pounds of chicken wings.

Marinate in the following ingredients overnight and fry until done.

8 T cornstarch
4 T flour
2 T sugar
1 t salt
5 t soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 stalks green onion, chopped
1 T sesame seeds

add salt and pepper to chicken

combine soysauce, squeezed ginger, grated garlic, sake and make a sauce

marinate chickens in a sauce for 1 hour

add flour and deep fry it in a pan
