Why not write something about Antarctica? There is lots of information on the Internet. Or about an endangered species? Or about Halley's comet? Or about some great humanitarian such as Nelson Mandela or Mother Theresa or the Dali Lama? Or about some historical figure such as Benjamin Franklin or Geronimo or Princess Diana or Queen Elizabeth II? So much to choose from .... I am sure you will do well!! Good luck with your paper.

A one page paper about any topic? How about you write about your experience of asking for help online... Have your assignament start out like this...
"I had to write a one-page assignament on any topic; so I went online to ask people for ideas and..."
Write about all the answers you get here... It will be interesting and unique... just watch out because people love to use foul language... don't use it for your assignament or you'll get an F.

Write about something that matters.
Something that will impress your teachers so they say "Fianlly a 12 year old not talking about what they want"
What kind of cultures are you into?
Find out about how those people live today on a daily basis.
