Did you mean IRS W-4 Form or W-2s? The first is your Withholding and Personal Exemptions for tax deductions you filed with your employer. The other one is your annual Wage and Tax Statement provided to you and the IRS by your employer. I am not sure anyone keeps many records of the W-4s (employers may). The IRS on the other hand will keep copies of the W-2s. They are all private records and I doubt you are going to find them in a web site.

The W-4 is common and is filled out to change tax deductions, you don't find previous admissions. If you mean the W-2 Form, you need to obtain those from previous employers.
