Well I know how you feel I have a 4 year old little brother and every time I go anny where he comes in my room and destroys it but the only thing you can do is well nothing just wish and hope that you can go to college and get out of the house as soon as possible it works on me but you do know that know matter how bad they annoy you, you still love them just remeber that.

Put his hand in a warm bowl of water, he will piss the bed. You could always short sheet his bed. That's when you put a fold in the end across his bed. Or you can put shaving cream on his hand and use a feather to tickle his nose, his hand goes to his face and he gets it all over him. You could use his toothbrush to brush the dogs teeth. or clean the toilet bowl with it. Use your imagination.

Well, give him something he wants, like something from your room. That will shut him up like my older brother. My parents got me the PSP while my brother was on vacation and he wanted it and I gave it to him for work and it shut him up.
