Most penguins live in warm weather, so global warming probably won't kill all penguins, the avian flu is a possibility but so far nothing kills everything except for people.

I think only a few may be able to survive. Because as the ice gradually melts, penguins will have no area to come up from the water below to breathe. Not only that, but they do need an area to mate and lay their eggs. Or else, eventually they will die from the decrease in birth rate. By the way, it will be easier for the penguin's predator to capture it's prey. Usually penguins escape by swimming onto the surface on the ice, but with no ice, they will not be able to survive.
