Every time I go out they treat me like i might do something bad but i promise i won't, how can i get them to actually trust me?

Well if they ask you to be in at a certain time...be there.........Or if they want you to do something ....do it..............You just have to show them in everyday things that you do...

If you haven't done some naughty stuffs in the past, there is no reason why they should not trust you. I think parents are just protective specially if they have daughters. And most of the time, it is not you that they don't trust, but people that you go out with. Make sure they know your friends or whoever it is that you go out with so they'll have peace of mind. They think that you might do something bad if you go out with friends that have bad records, or people they don't trust, they just put the pressure on you cause they can't really talk to your friends.

Just keep acting responsibly. Eventually they will notice you can be trusted. After you have been trust worthy for a long period of time you may just want to say "thanks for looking our for me but you guys know I am not like that, I haven't done it in the past so I am not about to start now".
Is there something that you want to do that they feel you are not ready for? If so knowing that we maybe able to give you some more specific examples. Good Luck.
Do you have older siblings that weren't responsible? That may be why the expect act the same way.

If in case you go out and they asked you to come home at this time, make sure that you usually go home at least a couple of minutes before your curfew.
That's a good start in having their trust.
You have to earn their trust and I know its not that hard. But once you got it, don't abuse it. =D

win there trust. for example: do the dishes for them one night. or show them you are a responsible person and trusting by doing your duties and not letting them down.

have sex with your bf when your parents are around.. This shows them that you are mature and can handle everything. But dont yell at me if your parents chase your bf with a shoe or something. 0_o
