You are heavy because your body has allot of mussel. I could under stand if you where fat then you should lose the weight. Since your not fat or anything like that don't worry how much you weigh as long as your in good shape then you'll be fine. I have allot of guy friends that are heavy because they have a lot of mussel from lifting weights. Plus don't over do your self because you might pull a mussel. I did that once and it hurt rely bad. Talk to a trainer to see whats right for you. You also have a lot of time to grow so dint worry how tall you are. You soon wont be small!

Try to remember...guys usually get a growth spurt sometime in their late teens...if you're not fat, then don't worry about the numbers. You've got to have a little extra on you for when you start to grow...

Could be you've got a lot of muscle mass...which makes you heavier...

If you try to take off too much weight, you're going to end up burning muscle. Talk to a doctor and ask...I think you'll find that you're okay.

No. It's not fat. Stop advocating eating disorders.
Children shouldn't be worried about their weight unless they are more than a little bit overweight. Talk to your doctor.
Children are supposed to gain weight because they're growing. If you don't gain weight, there's something wrong with you and that's usually considered unhealthy.

u started lifting at an early age
stop lifting as much, or dont even lift anymore till you are 18, or you will stay the same height

I dont think that is considered overweight at all. its a normal weight as far as your age goes. if you think you need to lose more wieght go for it, just dont lose too much more or you will be underwieght.
