I'm going to a pool party. I'm not heavy at all and my abs look decent already but how to I make them look great?

Eat very low carbs for the next two days and up your protein intake (to compensate for the lost carb calories). Also drink as much water as you can (1 gallon each day if possible) and put salt on each of your meals so that your food tastes salty. Also try to get in a couple of good hard ab workouts over the course of the next two days.

Then on the 11th and 12th or 12th and 13th, don't drink any water, or as little as possible, try not to eat any salt or salty foods and increase your carb intake to normal.

Bodybuilders often do this the week before competitions to increase muscle definition. The idea is that first your body retains the water and salt you are taking in and then gets rid of it in the last two days so that there is less water between the skin and your muscles and hence, more definition.

I have tried this myself with some success, but I usually have a full 7 days to complete this process.

stay away from salty foods and foods with hidden salt in their ingredients. Water is a natural diuertic so drink up! When you are doing everyday normal activites, keep your abs contracted...I don't mean hold your breath while sucking in your gut! Just contract them and it does work them out. CRUNCHES!!!!
