Perhaps you have been skipping your meals? You may have ulcer because when you took Tums, it helped you. I suggest that you take antacids at least 30 minutes prior to eating. Please drink plenty of water, avoid acidic food/ drinks (example: softdrink), have smaller and more frequent food intake.
It is good that you are planning to see a physician, but I suggest that you do it as soon as you can, because the pain level will only get severe.
I wish you well.

We'll you are eating something that isn't agreeing with you, try cutting your food back to something like rice, and if that helps you feel better then start to add things slowly to your diet, eventually you'll figure out what is bothering you. If you still have a problem with plain white or brown rice, try switching to whole wheat bread. I don't know what to do to help you now but something isn't working for you so you should try to limit your foods to only non processed, natural foods, and that might help a little until you can see a doctor.

U might have a nervous stomach. Wen I was little I had to deal wit that for most of elementary skool. I wud go to skool cryin caz it hurt, but once I got there it got a little better. To this day I still dont kno wut caused it, it was jus a nervous stomach. Tums usually helped alittle, and once in a while laxatives helped clear out the constipation. It was jus a hard thing to deal wit. I went to the doctors 4 tests n wutnot n they found nothing. I jus continued my lyf n eventually grew out of it. Im now in 11th grade and hadnt gotten it since 5th. I jus eat healthy and exercise alot. Damn I havnt had a cookie since Christmas. . .
N e wayz do go to the doctors caz it might not b a nervous stomach. Best of Luck! <3333

Sounds like either IBS or Croans -- both will cause you horrible pain and gas. An MD can diagnose, but you might have to see a specialist. Either one, however will require you to restrict a lot of different foods. I do not want to tell you want not to eat, don't want to take a chance on making it worse, but for now, avoid dairy, sugars & starches (breads). Be careful with a lot of fresh fruits/vegis, they may cause pain too.

First see a doctor
Next take some GasEx.
Third - relax. This could all be caused by stress.
Tonight take a relaxing bath with some candles. Try meditation or just rent a movie you find fun and relaxing.
