When you don't brush and floss properly plaque begins to build on your teeth. This plaque will soften your enamel which could cause holes to form in your teeth. You may also get decalcified white spots that are permanent from not brushing. Your gums will become swollen and sore and they will bleed easily. The gum disease will cause you to have terrible breath. You should brush at least twice a day and try to floss at night. Make sure you don't go to bed without brushing. Don't let yourself. You will ruin your teeth.

Look at pictures of people with bad teeth and shudder, thinking that you don't want to end up that way. You'll want to brush. Trust me.

Okay, maybe I'm kidding a bit. Just do it and you'll get used to it. If you don't like standing in the bathroom for 2 minutes, just walk around while brushing your teeth.

Think about all the cavity bugs that are nesting in your mouth each night while you sleep, creepin around, rotting your teeth, maybe that will help...........brushing your teeth at night is the most IMPORTANT time to brush!!!
Good Luck

just make it an essential part of your routine...first of all just make yourself do it....think of the future and how nasty and yellow your teeth will be in 10 yrs of not brushing them at night...also get into the habit of doing it early in the evening, before you get too tired and don't feel like doing it...hope this helps!!!

When you make your bed every morning, put your toothbrush on top of your pillow.

Don't ask me how to get in the routine of making your bed every morning, though.

They say you have to do something 20 times before it becomes a habit, just do it. After awhile it will become second nature.
