No, I don't believe so.
Sea Monkey's didn't come out until the 70's, and by that time Cracker Jacks were putting in the cheesy plastic rings and stuff.
And Sea Monkey's were so popular when they came out, I don't think the manufacturers would let cracker jacks give them out as prizes.
They were the "Tickle Me Elmo" of their day.

No, you need more than just the sea monkey packet, you need the feed packet and the water stuff.

Call me old, but I dont' think they were offered in Cracker jacks, but you get order them off of cereal boxes and out of comic books all the time.

naw brine shrimp would have nastyed up our treats ive had the crackerjack since 1957 and no the creatures where inside the back of our comics like DC and Marvel

No. Not to my memory. ABN is right. Comic books and stuff like that had a TON of crap we kids thought were kewwwl.
The X-ray Specs were the best.

Brine shrimp, open package and add to water you can barly see these things, but the rest of the fish love to eat them.
