My Moyhter is over populated with cats and has their shots but noway to pay for them to be spade and we don't want them to be put down And Myself I have a litter of pups in the same sitution.

There is a program for free or low cost spaying and neutering in Alabama, but I think that you have to qualify as low income to recieve the services. Just ask the local animal shelter, and they will help you. You also might try contacting any local animal rescue organizations and the humane society for help.

the greater birmingham humane society and the shelby county humane society both have a low cost spay and neuter program. ask them about spay and neuter certificates to use at local vets. still will cost but not as bad as just going to the vet. hope this helps.

If you can afford to have them inoculated, you can afford to spay or neuter. If you're going to have pets, you need to be responsible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
