depends on how badly the person was bleeding in the first place and where they were bleeding from.

Depends on the wound where it's bleeding of.

It could take about 1 minute, if it's a dissection of the main blood vessel. 3 minutes if it's the main vessel of the throat and up to several hours if you're bleeding out of a wound after a tooth extraction.

It all depends on where the wound is, how big the wound is, how fast their heart is pumping, if they're fat or skinny, if they are concious or unconsious, and how thin their blood is, etc.... Watch some crime TV and you'll figure all of this out.
