is it kept in a fluid in the brain?

I believe it is the electricity in the brain that holds the information, i believe that the electricity has "tones" that is like binary code but in an energy form....

I know their is a pulse from neuron to neuron ( witch is where Alzheimer's disease comes into play with the density of the liquid it shoots through) but the other energies that are in the brain is what I'm talking about...

No, it's the electricity fired between neurons that transmites information and signals, but I think it's actually stored in living cells, or maybe the neurons in the brain, however, i think that those might just store the chemicals used to transmit the data, maybe the flesh around those pockets though. I know that some long-term things are kept in the cerebullum, at the base of the brain, like repetitive actions that you can do without thinking about. Sorry, I really don't know enough about the brain.

The cerebellum controls balance in the human body.
