You really need to see a doctor to get the problem diagnosed, but I'm wondering if, by any chance, your problem might be simple one like this: If the cold really bothers you might you be tensing up all your muscles to the point where you're creating an ache the way exercise can? Or, if you're really bundling up in the cold might the clothes you put on be causing something like your arms to have to struggle a little to move? Do you use a lot of blankets when you sleep, which could get all your muslces aching if they're creating a bad sleeping surface (similar to what a bad mattress would do). I know all these are silly ideas, but sometimes its worth considering some of the simple things.

There are, however, conditions that are worse in the cold. That's why you really do need to find out if you have one or if there's some minor reason this is happening. (Do you wear different shoes when its cold? Some shoes can cause awful back and leg pain, and then the rest of your muscles try to accommodate and they, too, start to ache.) I've found that sleeping surface and shoes seem to be the biggest things that have caused me any generalized muscle problems.

It could be arthritis, Lupis or fibromyalgia just to name a few, but only a doctor can diagnosis you. There are many diseases and syndromes that cause the symptoms you are having. You should go to the doctor to get the correct treatment for your symptoms.

Try taking multi vitimin supplements and using some Deep Heat rub or gel or something similar. If that doesn't help you should go to a doctor just to check it's nothing serious or something that can't be easily fixed.
