Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

I dropped from 160 to 130, which is where I decided to stop. I lost 1 to 2 lbs a week, which is the most you should lose. It took me 3 1/2 months. I follow what is known as a CR, or Calorie Restriction diet. I'm a guy, 5'7", and kept my calories at 1400 to 1500 calories a day until I reached 130. I had to up my calorie intake to 1750 to 1850 calories to keep from losing more. Women I have heard of have much lower calorie intakes.
This diet has only 2 rules: cut your calories significantly and, just as important, make sure you are getting 100% of your nutritional needs. You are not on CR if you are not getting the nutrition. Other than following those two rules, you can eat anything you want.
Cutting calories is very easy I found. Making sure I am always getting 100% nutrition is pretty hard. To do that, I note down everything I eat shortly after I eat it, otherwise I forget I ate something. I just carry around a piece of paper and a pen. Each night or early morning or every couple of days I take those notes and enter the foods in an excel spreadsheet. This is the hard part of the diet. It may be too hard, but boy is it worth it.
To find out what the nutritional value of each of my foods is, I visit http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and just copy them into the excel spreadsheet. Other people purchase software specifically designed to do this, which is probably easier, but also more expensive.
If you do not want to follow CR, but just cut calories, which I do not recommend, you should also carefully note what you eat and how many calories that is. That ensures you really are cutting calories.
I have put up my own website with lots of information about the CR diet and my personal experiences at following it, losing weight, links to others who are following it and getting healthier in many ways at http://www.nbrhd.net/CR/CR.htm
I also agree that you should exercise.

Of course you will need to cut down on your calorie intake but to loose it in your stomach; you will have to exercise. Sit ups are great for this. Walking will help with the weight loss but not the stomach muscles.

Try walking. My friends doctor had this great walking routine.
Start with 10 minutes at a moderate pace and increase 5 minutes a week. In addition, cut back on the snacks.
Good luck.

Okay the best answer i can give is exercise, cardio, and calorie intake....you need to burn more calories then you consume and a safe weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs a week.....and lift weights also along with at a min. of 20 minutes of cardio....the reason for lifting weights it will help with burning calories when you are not at the gym as will cardio.....but with a lil more muscle it will help you burn a few more extra calories.....then cardio alone.

Crunches, crunches, crunches. Aim for at least 100 a day and go from there. It's the only thing I've ever done that took away inches, weight AND flattened my tummy. Lay off the crap food too and eat as healthy as you can!

Today I am going to introduce you my fight with my weight problem. I have been working to lose weight. What I have been doing for losing weight is waking up early in the morning around 6 am (Which is early for me as I was used to wake up around 8 in the morning).
I went out after doing the morning daily routine works. I run around 1.5 km in the morning. It is a great idea going for running in the morning as it keeps me active for the whole day. One thing I want to mention is that running is going to help us much as compared to walking. I do some easy exercise for around 30 minutes per day. After running and exercising and running, I return home.
Now I get ready for my office. Take my breakfast and reached office by 10. One thing I take care for the whole day is that I do not go for the junk food. I never get idle after taking my breakfast/lunch or dinner. I do some (around 10 minutes) walking after taking my lunch and dinner. It is very harmful to go to bad immediately after taking the dinner. So all in all I want to say that I do some activity (like walking) after my eating’s.
One thing, which I always follow, is that never drive if the distance is less than 1 km. I think it is not a difficult routine to follow.

well if you want to do it the easy most less expensive way try not eating close to bedtime due to your body will not have time to work off the food, also you should find something you like to do! basketball, swimming, jogging or any physical activity you would like to do, cause you can have fun while losing weigh. good luck! also while you are on your path to losing weigh you still must know that you look good and you are attractive. good luck sweetie!
