Everyone is capable of changing. They just have to be willing to change for themselves and not others. If someone changes at the demand of another they usually go back to their old ways in time. Some people don't have the drive within themselves to make changes. That type is the kind that doesn't compromise and assumes everyone should like them for exactly who they are and if they don't... oh well. These people are selfish and not mature enough to know that the way they are effects others and they should be more conscious of their actions. Growing and learning causes changes in almost everyone. It's the process of maturing and becoming less selfish but, I've known a few that don't seem to learn or grow. You may think I'm crazy but the majority of the people like that are LEOs. I pray the one you're speaking of is not a LEO. :) Good luck to you and the one who needs to make changes. God bless.

Yes. No one is the same at 20 as they are at 15. Or the same at 30 as they are at 20. And so on. So, yes, people do change and grow.

Depends on what you're trying to change. If you're trying to get a guy to put the toilet seat down, maybe. If you're trying to get him not to cheat if he's got a history of cheating, I doubt it.
In my opinion, the big stuff never changes. For better or for worse.

Maybe if you and them are willing to try and ( I really mean try) to change but just change that person SLOWLY!

No one will change unless they put a lot of effort into becoming different and they have to do it for themselves or else it wont last.

well any1 can change if they have the willingness and support. and they might not change as much aas needed or wanted but they could get somewhere if they wanted to enough.

Yes, but he should be resolved to do so. It is very hard though. And one who says he/she is changed, is rarely true (in case of opposite sex perticularly)

Maybe their clothes, but in all my experience they can try and it may seem that they did for awhile, but a leopard can not change his spots.
