what is wrong?

my mom sudenly feels werid. she said her tounge hadsn and face get numb. she has to sit down and keep her hands up.. why??

Your mom needs to see a doctor. No one can diagnose her, not even a doctor, without an examination and possibly some testing. Please encourage your mom to see a doctor asap.
