Can anyone give me original Pinnacl PVTV Stereo software?

Question

I bought on ebay a pinnacle PCTV Stereo TV card. Alas the software that came with it, is the software you can download from the pinnacle web site. But without the original software this gives only the functionality of a PCTV rave card, while the PCTV stereo card does much more.
Can anyone send me the original software that came with the card? Pinnacle doesn't give any support.
As I do have the hardware and the software is useless without the hardware would it be regarded as theft if you'd sent it to me?

If this is what you are mentioning, then you have to buy them.

I have a PCTV USB adapter. I personally do not like the software provided by Pinnacle. So i use tools like AMCap for video capture.
