yes i tried it my self but you need to give you self some time. i went to a dietition and she asked me to sart my day with water. 8:00 breakfast
10:00 snak (fruit)
1:00 lunch
4:00 snak (fruit)
7:00 dinner ( at least 3 hours before you sleep)
that is good as she siad to move the stomach.
but she did not siad every 2 hours form your wake up to sleeping time. because the food if you eat it then sleep it will be stored as fat and that is not good for you.

I've been on a diet for a while and have lost lots of weight. I have a low metabolism and eating every 3 hours or so helps keep it up. I'm careful what I eat all the time. I lost about 100 pounds the first time and another 25 the second. I stopped eating every 3 hours and gained some back. Also, it's better to write down what you eat and drink lots of water. And, of course, exercise. I am still losing, even though I'm not really getting a lot of exercise.

It can work, if you still limit your calories to 1200-1500 per day (or whateve is less than you expend during the day) Keeping your metabolism working all day long will really help you burn more calories as well, and if you are excercising and drinking water you can probably lose a lot of weight, but you have to stick with it, and stick to the portions.
