If you mean kabobs: Take uniform chunks of (marinated) meat and vegetables and place them about 1/2 apart on wooden or metal skewers, then grill. Use combos like chicken with pineapple, or beef chunks with potatoes or mushrooms, or shrimp with pineapple and bacon. The possibilites are endless...
