I'm trying to lose fat and build mass but can split it up in the different days like cardio one day and weights second day?

Yes you can split it up in days...for example, you can do weight workout mon. cardio on tues. and so on...but do not weight work out more than 3 times a week, or you can also speed jog and curl 3 lb dumbells while speed jogging, if you want to do some cardio and weight workout at the same time. But always remember to stretch before and after each session.

Thats what i'm doing rieht now. I do mostly cardio one day(4 miles/36 min) then lift wieghts on other days and do a short two mile run at the end of the workout. Always try to fit as much cardio in as possible, to lose weight. And count those calories!!! VERY IMPORTANT

you can get ankle weights and wrist weights. I split my days up. 4 days cardio 3 days weight training.

oh yeah definatly, i used to run for 30minutes every other day, then i would go to the gym and work on my muscles.. it helped alot... but you have to stay motivated, or else it wont work out.. and make sure you have a healthy and balanced diet, and it will take less time to lose the wieght you want, and it'll help make you stronger

i only have 3 days a week i can exercise, so i do it all the same day, it takes a long time though
