Hate to tell you this but just stay away from OJ. I was forced to drink it for years by my folks only to discover later that it was just bad for me. Not everyone can handle citrus. Try cranberry juice. Find out your blood type and get the book Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type and follow the list of foods good for you.

You may have what is called acid reflux. Acid backsup into your throat and can damage the lining. Try taking prilosec daily. But also remember that this could be a sign of other digestive problems. Seek treatment if necessary.

There is that low acid OJ, but I think it tastes like "Tang".
Probably just take a over the counter acid reducing tablet when you have it. Like zantac.
If you have heartburn more than 2 x a week you should talk to your doctor.
