hey..
To close your account ... Just log on to you account and click help button on the top. In the search help box type "closing accounts" and hit search. The first result gives you the link to this page:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/account/closing-account.html
Go there and click on "Permanently closing your eBay account".
To close your account permanently, please submit a formal request to close your account.
You can click there and it will take you to a form you need to fill out. Send them the request. Remeber you cannot initiate your account back after u have suspended it. I will recommend you to keep your account incase you need to use it in the future. That way you would lose the ratings you have earned as a buyer or seller.
