Brush 2x a day with pure baking soda. OR, you can go to an health/organic store and find a toothpaste whose main ingrediant is baking soda, but also has natural peppermint or whatever in it so it doesn't taste like shet. If you do that, and avoid teeth staining beverages (coffee, tea, soda), your teeth should start significantly appearing whiter.

one thing you could try is to switch to a sonic toothbrush. I switched to a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush and have noticed a significant redcution in staingin on my teeth.
If used in conjunction with a whitening toothpaste it may get you a long way where you want to go. I don't think it will get the hollywood bright white look, but there y'go
approximate cost £50..60 and toothpaste

Use the Crest WhiteStrips. Baking soda only takes the food/coffee/tobacco stains off, and doesn't actually whiten your enamel.
