I don't know the name of it. It reminds me of the "Jennifer Aniston" look when the show Friends first got popular.
It's definetly layered. Print out the pic and take it with you to your hair stylist. It's cute :)

Its called a long-layered cut, but if you want that cut its best to take the picture to your stylist, that way the stylist knows exactly what you want and you dont have to worry about explaining it wrong and not getting the cut you wanted. Its a cute cut, good for curly hair.
