There really is no good diet pill since ephedra is off the market, you can take the Hoodia Pill which will curve your cravings. I found a patch that works well the web page is curbyourcravings.com. If you are an active person, meaning you are aware of what you eat and you go to the gym you can take any kind of dietary supplement to increase your metobolism which will help burn fat faster.

No diet pill is effective, but all will empty one thing: your wallet.

You don't want to hear this, but the only sure route to weight loss is healthy eating, smaller portions, and regular exercise. And that's a fact.

They are all really ineffective. They are all basically amphetamins (uppers). They make your heart race a and make you want to be up and more active. Skip the pills, eat sensibly and get a half hour of good cardiovascular exercise per day.
