Ugh, sore throats are the worst. Usually, I'm just constantly sucking on something, like a lemon drop or a cherry cough drop. Also, try drinking sweet tea, and dipping your spoon into honey and then swallowing the honey. It should coat your throat a bit. Oh, and there's this tea called "Throat Coat", it kind of works.

Take a few teaspoons of salt and put it into a glassful of water. Drink up.

It is a medical fact, although not very well known yet, that salt water heals the throat and produces dramatic positive effects.

Gargle with warm salt water, taking care not to swallow it. Suck some anti-bacterial throat lozenges. Take some anti-inflammatory to ease the pain and soreness.

Please try this:
you have to grab 2 or 3 lemons, squeeze them, put them into the micro waves, 1 or 2 minutes until the judge is hot, and drink it
is very hard, but very, very effective
good luck¡¡¡

The best way is to gargle with salt water. Tastes nasty but works well and is inexpensive. Get well soon !!!
