ok ok i know this may sound ridiculous but i am desperate.. i just came off of weight watchers and i've been doing ok until yesterday for some reason i've been eating so much.. i am not fat but i would love to loose even 3 or 4 pounds by saturday if that is even possible?!? i have a concert to go to and i am going to be seeing the love of my life and i want to look my best. for me, not for him. please give me advice i want to be skinny lol don't we all? please help!! =)

If your not fat why don't you try just being healthy and some hardcore toning! Goodluck

alright,just whatever you are eating now only eat half of it and walk 5 miles throughout the day and do some muscle moves for the spots you want to tone......hope I've helped........
