It seems to me difficult for Christians to see Jews just as people like everyone else. They either want to hate them as Christ-killers or unbelievers in the messiah, or they want to revere them as the 'choosen people of God'.
Geez, they are just people like those of any race or religion.

I am a Christian and I don't dislike Jews. The term Christian refers to those who believe and follow the teachings of Christ. Jesus taught love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. We shouldn't hate anyone. If I see a drunk on the street corner who is trying to hire a prostitute and I say, "You're on the path to hell", it doesn't mean I dislike him. I'm simply stating what I know from the words of the Bible. A true Christian would try to help that person find a better path to follow.
If I'm correct, most of today's Jews do not believe that Jesus (or their Messiah) has ever arrived. Christians, of course, believe in Christ and believe that he was sent here to help those who believe in him have eternal life (John 3:16). Therefore, if someone does not believe in Christ, we believe they are not going to God's kingdom.

Christians do not dislike Jews. Most Christians I know(and I am a Christian
myself) enthusiatically support Jews and Israel... However, the Judaism denies that Jesus is the Messiah. The Bible says that in order to be saved, that one must believe in him and believe that he is the Son of God. Christians do not hate Jews.

I don't understand this either and I'm a Christian. I've never heard a Christian say that Jews are going to hell.

Christians are (wrongly) categorized into two groups:
1. Covenant
2. Dispensational
Covenant denominations believe Jews lost their chance when they rejected Christ, and so Christians replace them and get what God promised to Jews. These are the ones that hate Jews.
Dispensationalists believe that there are 7 dispensations, each triggered by a covenant. The Adamic covenant, the Noamic covenant, the Abrahamic Covenant . . . you get the point.
Dispees believe that God hasn't forsaken his chosen people and will keep his promise to them. These are the ones that DON'T hate the Jews.
I'm not in either camp. I just believe the Bible and ignore those who believe what they're taught in church. I don't think they're very good "Bereans".
And, oh yeah, I am Jewish, but I believe Christ is our promised Messiah, and will return to rule and reign upon the earth for 1000 years.
Gentile (true) Christians will rule and reign with Him in heaven, while Jews administer the Kingdom upon the earth.

True Christians DO NOT hate Jews (or ANYone for that matter...). They certainly shouldn't. Jews are the chosen ones. There is no particular reason, just by God's grace. They are rebelling against God now b/c they reject Jesus as the Messiah. There will be a remnant that God saves (Jews that believe in Jesus as the Messiah). And, God's promised land will never be completely destroyed...Israel.
That's why we're behind Israel 100%. Anyone who says they are Christian and hates a Jew needs to reevaluate their faith in Christ. We pray for them to see the truth.

I don't dislike Jews.. nor do I dislike anyone solely on their race, or beliefs. In fact I try.. and often fail.. to not dislike anyone.
I suppose undereducated Christians may feel a dislike toward the Jewish people, as it was the Jewish high council that condemned him to death, however it's all irrelevant as Jesus was a Jew, and according to the Old Testament, the Jews are God's "chosen people" descended from Abraham. I don't know enough about Jewish beliefs to expand on that.

Jews are not going to hell, because it's GOD that made the decision by faith to all man kind!Jesus at the table after he was resurrected: By the I am a christian, maybe not born again and I do not go to church, because they have Blasphemy the scriptures!:Anyway what I was saying Simon and Jesus missed each other;DID NOT THE CHRIST KNEW THAT SIMON WAS APPROACHING?Of course he did ,so that means god wanted the Jews to except Christ by faith, although the christians are retarded to justify judge for the Jews.It is written :Judge and be judge! The answer is no!It is god's decision not the gentiles!Jews did not except Christ for the way he approach them to forfill the scriptures? But I'll tell you what though? If I was Jewish I wouldn't except Christ either, because They added christian Mythology to the scriptures and I personally condemn the holy book which they rewritten NOT GOD!It is the christians that are going to hell because they try to think for god!God do not need your thinking he can think for himself! Its true the Jews do not except Christ That does not mean their going to hell! The christians better worry where their going; don,t worry about the Jews? It was god that made that choice for them and it is god explaination to the Jews not for the gentiles to understand or not.It is between GOD and the jews whether we understand it or not?

Because Judaism is the central core of Christianity. Christians are essentially Jews to the second power: they believe that Jesus was the long-awaited Jewish Messiah. Jews just believe he was a prophetic rabbianical carpenter who got nailed up.
