he's not gay-he just has great style and loves shopping but it's kinda weird shopping with guys so how should i act and what should i say while shopping

You sure he isn't gay? If not, and you appreciate his taste, then just ask him what he thinks of that outfit.
Just talk as you would to any person you are with, about his likes and dislikes. Movies, TV, Music etc.
If he isn't gay, then he has to be pretty well stuck on you, to go shopping with you.
To most guys, that's a fate worse than death.
