Atheists don't believe in any form of supernatural being, so I wouldn't ask anything coz I can't ask a nothing a question, now can I?
Having said that, if such a thing ever appeared before me, I'd have to ask "why did you let the world get to be such a violent sh!thole??"

"I don't need any answers, but I would like a favor. Would you mind presenting yourself to humanity in a visible, tangible way, doing a few spectacular public miracles to prove you are who you say you are, and then making it clear what you want from us and what will happen if we don't comply? We have a lot of different opinions down here and if you could clear it up it would prevent so much suffering. Not that you need me to tell you that, I mean, you know everything, right? So I guess if you wanted to change that you would have done it already, which means you must approve of the suffering. Wow. I know humans who are nicer than you. Never mind."

I would definitely ask what was going through his mind, when he planned creation. what is he expecting out of this world and is he happy about the results. i'd ask him if everything were going according to plans.
I definitely have a lot to talk to him. Learn about life, the nature and the universe from his point of view beacuse we are constrained to what is around us and our knowledge is limited.

I do talk to God everyday. I ask Him for peace throughout the world. I ask Him to help me be a better person - live my life more like Jesus. I ask Him to help me abide by His will. I ask Him to heal those who are suffering (including myself at times).
