Best fuel efficiency:
Toyota Prius or Honda Insight
Best quality:
Lexus or Toyota (most of their models are quite good)
Best performance:
Probably a Skyline or Soarer in which an 18-year old kid making $10 an hour has invested $100,000 on perfomrance upgrades and is bound to be totaled in 3 months
