sweet november is the only person so far who has translated precisely what you said (I like to see you smile) correctly.
manorris3265's translation says "I like it when you laugh"
"I like it when you smile" would be "Ich mag es, wenn du lächelst."
For your requested "I like to see you smile" use sweet november's "Ich mag es, dich lächeln zu sehen" or:
"Ich sehe dich gerne lächeln." = "I like to see you smile."
or
"Ich sehe dich so gerne lächeln." (with a "so" for more emphasis; to my ears this is the most natural way of saying it.)
Or what about simply saying
"I like your smile" = Ich mag dein Lächeln.
or
"I love your smile" = Ich liebe dein Lächeln.
or
"Du hast ein bezauberndes Lächeln" = You have a charming/adorable/entrancing smile.
I'm just suggesting these because they sound a bit more natural to me.

Ich Möchte means I'd like it very much if
Ihnen / Dich = you. Ihnen is formal.
lächeln = laugh
sehen = see

English "this" is German "dies(es)".
