Weight varies so much with your age, bone structure, bone density, and muscle mass. Go by how you feel, your level of energy, and your ability to do everything you want to do physically. Don't worry about the fashion magazines, or what other people say. Even BMI isn't fully accurate, since it doesn't take bone size/density or muscle mass into account!

Always remember, you're beautiful, whether thin, or athletic, or curvy, or overly curvy! :)

depends on if the weight is fat or muscle. I weigh 115 right now and am 5'5". I could stand to lose some fat and replace it with muscle, so I would guess anywhere from 110-120, depending on the look you are comfortable with.

If you ask me I'd say around 110 115 would be a great weight for your height.

A curvy 150 would work nicely.

Around 130 probably. Unless you are bigger boned, in which case, 140 is closer to what you should be.
