Why is it that in the present day, people expect everyone to be void of normal and natural human emotion? Are we supposed to all be humanoids now? Robotic for Big Brother?

we are not acceptable if we show any emotion, that's a sign of weakness, a % of population believes that we have buttons to turn off and on if they don't work see a shrink or pop a pill welcome to our new generation

People aren't expected to be void of normal and natural human emotion. The problem is that people associate logic with a lack of emotion, and that's simply NOT the case.

I thought you were referring to the idea that people can only have emotions because of the Bible, which scares me. (If no one tells you what's bad, how are you supposed to know it's bad? Who tells you? How is there morality without a God? etc.) But then I guess if life couldn't have come from early molecular interactions, then neither could emotions.

Sorry, not really an answer to your question.
