I'd start chatting it up with his hottest male friend, give him a taste of his own medicine! I'll bet he stops chatting with her then!

In my opinion, to address her on the subject would only escalate it. If you are jealous and feel insecure, talk with your boyfriend and find out where he is coming from. If he really cares and respect your feelings he will discourage your friends efforts.

Don't talk to her. Talk to your BF. Tell him to stop chatting with her. She can't chat by herself. She is not your friend. Friends don't invade on their friend's turf. Check your man!

you take her to the side and tell her that you don't like her chatting with him and it would make you feel better if she stoped.
or some thing like that

She cannot "take him" from you unless he wants to be taken. And if he does, than your better off that it happens now instead of later.
