before you say anything make sure they feel the same way. If they don't don't say a work it will ruin your life. I know I have already done the stupid mistake.. I used the three worst words in the world to someone that didn't feel thesame way. I told her "I LOVE YOU" now she hates me and will never talk to me again

well i make sure that i realise that i am in love not lust and like we know there is only one hapiness in life to love and to be loved,so i will tell the person and i believe there is no harm in telling the thruth than telling a thruth to please or make a person feel loved when its not true,it even more dangerous,well to round it all up,i fell good,happy,warmth and peace when i am in lovewhich made me believe that love is the fact of every good,the only warmth and the only peace.
