i'm five foot, 115 pounds, kind of pouchy, not exactly a flat stomach. both of my parents are overweight and i dont want to be like them. i eat three salads everyday with no dressing. i exercise by swimming, volleyball, basketball, track, tennis and gym class. outside of school i am usually in the pool that is in my backyard or out running with my dog. its very important for me to lose weight because i used to be really fat and i just want to feel good about myself.

Cabbage Soup Diet ... upto 17lbs in 7 days ... eat all you want.
Recipe:
The cabbage soup can be eaten any time you get hungry, and you can eat as much as you like, oh joy, you can have all the cabbage soup you want! You can have it as often as you want. Just say that a few times and see if it sounds good to you, because the more I say it the hungrier I get.
Ingredients:
1. 6 Large Green Onions
2. 2 Green Peppers
3. 1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
4. 1 Bunch Celery
5. 1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
6. 1-2 Cubes of Bullion (if desired)
7. 1 head cabbage
Cut vegetables into small pieces and cover with water, you can use V-8 juice also. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, or whatever spice you want to add.
Diet Plan:
Day One:
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want, but you can't have Bananas!! Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. You can drink, unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.
Day Two:
Vegetables: Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. Try to eat leafy green vegetables, and avoid dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat as much as you want, all the veggies you can handle and all the cabbage soup you want. At dinner you can have a baked potato with butter. You can't have any fruit on this day, so just stick to the vegetables.
Day Three:
Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want, but you can't have a baked potato.
Day Four:
Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five:
Beef And Tomatoes: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).
Day Six:
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables and no baked potato. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Eat as much as you can of this. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day

wow ... well when people get off from work there going to tell u that you should just continue excercizing and eating right and that diets aent good for teens, but im gonna tell you that you need to first tell us your height, cause if your 6'1 then people would call you crazy but if your 5'2 then maybe they could give you some advice. You need to lose 8 pounds be december, which is perfectly healthy try this, drink more water, stay off school food, and try doing cardio with denise austin at 6am, or just record the episodes and do it later. And You also have to tell us what forms of exercize you do, what sports you play what body type you have and then people can help you. Good luck with it but sometimes genitics sucks and the weight might not come off as easy

There is a book called the "6day body makeover diet" by Michael Thurmond. It's a good balanced diet, based on your body type. The only thing is, you have to eat the foods listed for your body type. It reves up the metabolism.
You also have to eat 5-6 small meals a day, which goes into eating about every three hours. This keeps your blood sugar stable. Low blood sugar is why we get hungry in the first place.
You also have to drink 100 ounces of water a day, which also helps the metabolism and releases any water retention.
It's a good diet, you don't starve yourself, and it's common to loose 5 pounds or more the first week. This diet is meant for short use. He has a diet that goes into more detail called the "6 week body makeover diet" but that's for people whom have more weight to loose.

First off I don't think you should be loosing any weight, it sounds like you're perfect the way you are. However, if you're determined to loose weight, do it the healthy way and eat only fresh produce and chicken. Also Campbell soup at hand is good and really low cal. Don't drink anything besides Iced Tea (non sweetened) or water. You should eat carbs in limited amounts, and make sure the carbs you do eat have at least 6 grams of fiber. Avoid sugar, and if you really NEED something with sugar (we all get the cravings) adjust your eating for the day. Try not to consume over 1000 calories a day. Good luck

hi
This programme worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
good luck

Stop drinking soda if you drink it... also watch the amount of sugars and carbohydrates... everything in moderation.... also try jogging or other types of aerobic activity... Under 1000 calories a day is starvation so continue eating just make smart decisions (eat grilled chicken instead of fried chicken) youll be fine...

the healthiest way is workout like crazy for the next little while. Exclude all fatty foods and stick to nothing but fruits and veggies and chicken and fish. Do not consume too much red meat or bread and sugars. If you need sugar choose suckers they helped me.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
