My Nurse recommended the Medifast Diet to me. You eat 5-6 small meals a day and lose weight with little or no exercise. It works great and I have lost 25 lbs. so far. And it has been 6 weeks. You can e-mail me lovejae247@yahoo.com and I will give you the information. I hope this helps.

First thing: Loosing that much weight in that little of time is not healthy. In case you do wish to loose weight, you will have to devour healthful and carefully, (plus a cheat day each person once in a even as is ok ^_~ ) as good to exercise at least three occasions every week for a minimum of 30 minutes. That you may determine every day, if you happen to alternate your exercises and what muscular tissues you employ. A healthy weight loss is ready one pound a week. I know that does not appear a like so much, however it'll be worth it. Hope this helped! =D

20 lbs in 30 days...umm, I'm not sure but if you find a diet to achive this, you'll gain back the whole 20, plus more, just as fast as you loose it. not only that, its too risky for your health. don't know if your heart can handle all the yoyo dieting thing you're gonna do. stick to the basics. cut down your food portions, and excercise. it will take more than 30 days to loose 20lbs but, you won't gain it back.

20 pounds in 30 days is just not healthy.Anything more than 2 pounds per week is not good for your overall health.Exercise to build and tone muscle and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.Drink plenty of water.

You would basically have to eat nothing but dry salads, drink lots of water, and run 2-3 miles a day!

The cabbage soup diet ... up to 17lbs in 7 days ... 7 days on 7 days off the diet. You must eat fruits and vegetables for the 7 days off no fast food or greasy foods.


Recipe:

The cabbage soup can be eaten any time you get hungry, and you can eat as much as you like, oh joy, you can have all the cabbage soup you want! You can have it as often as you want. Just say that a few times and see if it sounds good to you, because the more I say it the hungrier I get.


Ingredients:

1. 6 Large Green Onions
2. 2 Green Peppers
3. 1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
4. 1 Bunch Celery
5. 1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
6. 1-2 Cubes of Bullion (if desired)
7. 1 head cabbage

Cut vegetables into small pieces and cover with water, you can use V-8 juice also. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper,parsley, or whatever spice you want to add.
Diet Plan:
Day One:

Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want, but you can't have Bananas!! Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. You can drink, unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.
Day Two:

Vegetables: Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. Try to eat leafy green vegetables, and avoid dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat as much as you want, all the veggies you can handle and all the cabbage soup you want. At dinner you can have a baked potato with butter. You can't have any fruit on this day, so just stick to the vegetables.
Day Three:

Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want, but you can't have a baked potato.
Day Four:

Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five:

Beef And Tomatoes: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).
Day Six:

Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables and no baked potato. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Eat as much as you can of this. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day
